Brian Williams
Owner
Brian brings more than 30 years of experience across railroad operations, manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, distribution and trucking. He also serves as a Colonel in the United States Army Reserve.
Shane Sanford
Director of Operations, Birmingham
Shane brings more than 30 years of management experience to his role overseeing Birmingham operations. He is retired from the United States Army.
James Rodriguez
Director of Operations, Victoria
James began his career with Starr Rail as a transloader and advanced to Director of Operations in Victoria. He has been responsible for Starr Rail’s largest expansion of facility operations since 2022.
Jose Trejo
Director of Operations, Texarkana
Jose brings more than 25 years of trucking, rail and warehousing experience to his role overseeing Texarkana operations.
Andrew Duncan
Director of New Projects
Andrew brings more than 30 years of management experience to his role leading preparation and startup development for new commodities, sites and facilities. He also supports facilities during maintenance shutdowns and turnovers. Andrew retired from the United States Army after a 30-year career.
