Starr Rail LLC uses information you provide through the project inquiry form to respond to your request and discuss potential business services.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, company, email address, project type and description, plus any optional callback number and project location you supply. Please do not include confidential customer, financial or product information.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are emailed to Starr Rail. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information to receive, respond to or administer the inquiry. Information is retained as needed to respond, conduct business and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Website operation

The inquiry form uses a temporary session cookie and limited technical information to protect submissions from abuse. Hosting services may maintain access and error logs. This version of the website does not add advertising or visitor analytics trackers.

Google Maps

The facilities map loads services from Google and the existing map provider. Those services may receive technical information such as your network address and browser details and may use cookies. Google’s privacy policy explains its practices.
